Day-by-Day Itinerary
Mount Kenya
Depart early through Kikuyu highland farmlands (pineapples, tea, coffee) to slopes of Mount Kenya. Lunch at private sanctuary. After lunch: look for white and black rhino, lion, cheetah, Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, elephant. Visit the Jane Goodall chimpanzee enclosure during feeding time.

The Great Rift Valley
Depart after breakfast driving parallel to Aberdare ranges. Brief stop at Thompson's Falls. Descend to rift valley floor. Arrive Lake Nakuru National Park, game drive to camp for lunch. Afternoon: 400+ bird species, flamingo, black and white rhino, Rothschild's giraffe.

Rift Valley to Maasai Mara
Depart early morning through scenic Rift Valley, crossing western escarpment. Arrive at the Mara for lunch. Afternoon game drive.

Full Day in the Mara
Full day searching for the Big Five with 2 game drives. Alternative: full day with picnic lunch. Optional Maasai village visit.

Optional early morning game drive. Check out and depart for Nairobi with game drive to the exit.
